Third Nature Studio designed this expansive renovation to what was once a steep sloping lot in the glorious Eichler neighborhood in Marin County's Lucas Valley. We vastly expanded usable space for our clients while packing in the program. Sauna, hot tub, storage shed, sand box, raised beds, custom steel pergola, outdoor kitchen, seating area, firebowl and dining all fit together like beautiful interlocking puzzle pieces in this architectural and simple solution. Elegantly scored concrete patios and pathways invite easy circulation, open up great vistas, and connect interior and exterior components of the home. Landscape construction by Antillan Concrete.
