While working with Meyer Studio Land Architects, Randi designed and produced extensive elements of the masterplan for the Parc of the Great Winds outside of Algiers, Algeria. The 1500 acre site included housing, a botanic garden, amphitheater, road network, sports complex, walking and hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and utility infrastructure. The goal was to invigorate, reforest and repair the heavily impacted landscape and the underserved community.
