Panoramic Poolscape in Ross

Working with architect Colleen Paz of Even Space, Third Nature Studio redesigned this hilltop site in Ross to celebrate and frame our client's spectacular views of Mount Tam. Our design, featuring a slim custom pool, spa, pool deck, new steps, cable railings and engineered retaining walls, minimizes hillside disturbance while creating usable space for our clients on what had been an expanse of decking and over irrigated lawn. An updated entry court reshapes the experience at the front facade, and fences, gates and new gravel courtyards provide quiet space and privacy throughout the slim, wedge shaped parcel.
