Templeton Vineyard and Residence
Templeton Vineyard & Residence is an 83-acre farm in Templeton California, not far from Paso Robles. The Ranch includes vineyards, a public tasting room, a private residence, and an agricultural manager's residence. The main residence is encircled with ribbons of Nassella tenuissima and Pennisetum spathiolatum, blurring fore, middle and background and connecting intimate garden spaces with the surrounding hills. Evergreen shrubs including dwarf olives, yucca and lavender mimic the oaks dotting the creek bottoms, and connect visitors of this spectacular winery to the larger landscape of rolling hills and the Santa Lucia Mountains.
